A shipping fee of P 70 for Metro Manila and P 110 for Provincial Areas will be charge in addition to the amount per order after check out for advance paying customers (e.g. Bank deposit through B.D.O.). For Cash on Delivery (COD) option, an additional handling fee of P20 and shipping fee of P 70 for Metro Manila will be charge in addition to the amount per order after check out. We do not offer the Cash on Delivery payment option in provincial areas.
We will ship orders the same day it is ordered via our accredited courier, as long as it is placed before 1pm Philippine Time. This shipping time does not include holidays and weekends. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated from the courier. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to arrive.
To track your order, just enter your tracking number into the express tracker field here in the website.
If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us at email@example.com within three business days to inform of the missing item. We will make sure to send you the correct item once we are notified of the mistake and have reviewed the shipment.
Received the incorrect item/order?
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within three business days. Once we review the proof, we will contact you and send you the correct item.If you received another customer’s order by mistake, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will contact the customer and provide a return label so we can send the order to the correct customer.
If an item that you selected is backordered in our warehouse, we will ship the rest of your order then follow up with you the next day to inform you of the partial shipment. You will always have the option of a store credit or refund for the backordered item. You may also choose to be informed when the item comes back in stock. If we are not able to reach you on the phone number you provided then a store credit will automatically be issued to you.

Damaged Upon Arrival
If you receive an item that has been damaged upon arrival, please contact us through email@example.com, so we may review the case and contact you with a resolution. We must have visual proof of the damage before we can offer a resolution. (time period of 24 hours upon receipt of package)
We shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of a Contract attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation any natural disaster and unavoidable incident, actions of third parties (including without limitation hackers, suppliers, governments, quasi-governmental, supra-national or local authorities), insurrection, riot, civil commotion, war, hostilities, warlike operations, national emergencies, terrorism, piracy, arrests, restraints or detainments of any competent authority, strikes or combinations or lock-out of workmen, epidemic, fire, explosion, storm, flood, drought, weather conditions, earthquake, natural disaster, accident, mechanical breakdown, third party software, failure or problems with public utility supplies (including electrical, telecoms or Internet failure), shortage of or inability to obtain supplies, materials, equipment or transportation ("Event of Force Majeure"), regardless of whether the circumstances in question could have been foreseen.

Any inquiries about product reviews must be sent through email@example.com, and our Marketing Coordinator will contact you. Please provide you name and phone number, along with your established website and/or YouTube channel.
We are unable to cancel or make changes to any orders once it is placed by our customers. If you would like to make a change to an order you have placed please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Return Policy & Warranty
Customer service is a top priority at Minal Footwear. You may return defective items within 7 days of date received as indicated by your tracking information prior you have sent us a resolution email 2 days after you have received the package and included visible proof that items are damaged. Damaged items must also be in the same shape as it has arrived to you.
Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our policy! If you received items that you do not know how to use, please feel free to contact us for proper care instructions and more in-depth information on your items. We are happy to help.
Please note that return shipping is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received wrong item(s). Should you receive the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 7 days from the shipped date to our Returns address after contacting us not more than 24 hours via email (email@example.com).
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your merchandise. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase or you may opt to choose another item. Returns must include all items that come with your item, this goes for tags, pouches or boxes (if applicable).All returns are subject to case by case exceptions.
